Role Description This is a full-time On-Site/Hybrid role for an International Patient Assistant/Coordinator based in Mumbai. The International Patient Assistant/Coordinator will be responsible for managing communication and coordination with international patients, assisting with their medical appointments, and providing support throughout their medical journey at various hospitals in Mumbai. The role involves recieving the patients at the airport, scheduling appointments, coordinating with various departments, handling patient inquiries, and ensuring a smooth experience for international patients. Qualifications Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills Experience in patient coordination and healthcare services Proficiency in administrative tasks, including scheduling and documentation Multilingual skills are a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Cultural sensitivity and awareness Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field is preferred A Diploma in hospitality studies is a plus Four wheeler driving licence and experience is a plus Minimum Educational Qualification 10+2 from a govt. recognized board
