Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound voice calls to prospective international clients
  • Present product features and benefits to potential customers
  • Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into sales
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions
  • Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and close deals
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and strategies
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and international calling regulations

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Undergraduates: Must have a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in international BPO voice sales
  • Graduates: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Experience

  • Fresher to 1 year of experience in international BPO voice sales profile
  • Important: Candidates with employment gaps exceeding 6 months after their last organization will not be considered
  • Maximum age upto 30 years.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
  • Active listening skills and customer-centric approach
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Cultural sensitivity for international client interactions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in international telemarketing or sales
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management
  • Familiarity with international markets and business practices
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month

  • International telemarketing or sales: 1 year (Preferred)
  • International Markets, Business Etiquette, : 1 year (Preferred)
  • International Client Interactions: 1 year (Preferred)
