Respond promptly to customer queries via email and chat.
Handle international clients with professionalism and empathy.
Resolve issues and provide accurate information as per process guidelines.
Maintain data accuracy and ensure proper documentation.

Excellent written communication skills in English.
Typing speed of 30+ WPM with good accuracy.
Ability to work in night shifts (mandatory).
Familiarity with computers and MS Office tools.
Quick learner with attention to detail.
Prior experience in a BPO/Non-Voice process is an advantage (freshers can apply too).
