International Non-Voice Process


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer queries via email and chat.

  • Handle international clients with professionalism and empathy.

  • Resolve issues and provide accurate information as per process guidelines.

  • Maintain data accuracy and ensure proper documentation.

  • Meet quality standards and productivity targets.

  • Collaborate with team members to improve the overall customer experience.


Skills & Requirements:

  • Excellent written communication skills in English.

  • Typing speed of 30+ WPM with good accuracy.

  • Ability to work in night shifts (mandatory).

  • Familiarity with computers and MS Office tools.

  • Quick learner with attention to detail.

  • Prior experience in a BPO/Non-Voice process is an advantage (freshers can apply too).
