Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute

  sales & marketing strategies

  for US and Germany/EU regions.
• Expand

  distributor & channel partner networks

  and strengthen client relationships.
• Lead participation in

  international exhibitions & trade shows

  to enhance brand visibility.
• Manage

  documentation, product trials, and regulatory compliance

  (CE, REACH, and other EU/US standards).
• Provide market intelligence and support

  product localization & customization

  for regional needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet global business objectives.

Candidate Profile

• 12–18 years’ experience

  in international marketing within

  manufacturing, biopharma consumables, or silicone/rubber products

  .
• Proven success in managing

  global client relationships & distributor networks

  .
• Must have

  travelled to US/EU regions

  for exhibitions, client meetings, and business development.
• Strong

  technical knowledge

  of biopharma consumables & silicone products.

• German language skills

  will be an added advantage.
• Excellent

  leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

  .
• Highly

  target-driven, analytical, and results-oriented

  .
