Role Overview

experienced International Marketing Leader

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute
sales & marketing strategies
for US and Germany/EU regions.
Expand
distributor & channel partner networks
and strengthen client relationships.
Lead participation in
international exhibitions & trade shows
to enhance brand visibility.
Manage
documentation, product trials, and regulatory compliance
(CE, REACH, and other EU/US standards).
Provide market intelligence and support
product localization & customization
for regional needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet global business objectives.

Candidate Profile

12–18 years’ experience
in international marketing within
manufacturing, biopharma consumables, or silicone/rubber products
.
Proven success in managing
global client relationships & distributor networks
.
Must have
travelled to US/EU regions
for exhibitions, client meetings, and business development.
Strong
technical knowledge
of biopharma consumables & silicone products.
German language skills
will be an added advantage.
Excellent
leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
.
Highly
target-driven, analytical, and results-oriented
.
