International Marketing Coordinator

Position Overview:

We are on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented International Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will manage and optimize international marketing strategies and export initiatives for a diverse client base. You will act as a liaison between manufacturers and international buyers, conduct in-depth market research, and support Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through their export journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Execute International Marketing Strategies:
• Design and implement marketing and export strategies tailored to international markets.
• Ensure adherence to global trade regulations and industry standards.
• Liaise with Manufacturer Clients:
• Facilitate communication between manufacturers and international buyers.
• Help manufacturers adapt their product offerings to meet global market demands.
• Engage with Buyers:
• Build and nurture relationships with institutional and retail buyers.
• Manage expectations regarding quality standards, pricing, packaging, and delivery timelines.
• Conduct Market Research:
• Perform detailed market analyses to uncover opportunities and emerging trends.
• Generate insightful reports and strategic recommendations for clients.
• Support MSMEs:
• Provide guidance and assistance to MSMEs throughout their export processes.
• Organize training sessions and workshops to bolster their export capabilities.
• Report Preparation and Presentation:
• Compile and present progress reports on international marketing initiatives.
• Deliver findings and strategic recommendations to clients clearly and professionally.
• Collaborate with Industry Associations:
• Partner with industry associations to promote export initiatives and enhance global reach.
• Coordinate international business delegations and trade missions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in international marketing, export management, or business development.
• Strong knowledge of international trade practices, regulations, and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in market research and report writing.
• Capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines effectively.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
