As a Chat Customer Service Representative at our Ahmedabad, Gujarat office, you'll play a crucial role in bringing a personal touch to our business. Option: 1 International Chat - Service Process (100% Non-Voice) WFO/WFH-Hybrid Work From Office for the first 6 months at the Ahmedabad site. After this period, the company will assess your ability to work independently before approving work-from-home. Starting CTC: 23,200 per month Maximum CTC: 32,000 per month Housing benefit: 6,000 per month during on-site work. This benefit will not apply once you transition to remote work. Option: 2 International Chat - Sales Process (100% Non Voice) Work From Office Permanent Starting CTC: INR 26,000 per month Maximum CTC: INR 35,000 per month Profile: International Customer Operations - Chat Process (Role assignment depends on interview performance) Role & Responsibilities: As an Online Chat Executive, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service through live chat support. Your primary responsibility is to address customer queries and issues efficiently while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Provide real-time assistance to customers via chat, promptly and accurately addressing their concerns. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience. Preferred Candidate Profile: Excellent written communication skills in English.
