Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for an International Lead Generation professional. The role involves identifying and securing new leads, conducting market research, and engaging with prospective clients. The professional will contribute to sales efforts, develop relationships with clients, and help in achieving organizational business development goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in lead generation, including identifying and securing new leads.
• Strong market research skills to identify trends, opportunities, and strategies.
• Exceptional communication skills for engaging with prospective clients and stakeholders.
• Knowledge and experience in sales processes and relationship management.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a dynamic on-site environment in Pune.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and basic data management skills is advantageous.
• Prior experience in international markets and B2B lead generation is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
