Job Title: International Inbound Voice Customer Support Associate

International Inbound Voice Customer Support Executives

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer queries from international customers with professionalism.
Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain call quality standards and adhere to process guidelines.
Document customer interactions and follow up on pending cases.
Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage customer expectations.

Required Skill Set

Minimum 1 year of international voice process experience
(Inbound mandatory; Outbound acceptable).
Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written).
Strong customer-handling skills with a problem-solving approach.
Ability to work in
rotational shifts
and manage pressure situations.
P1 skillset (voice proficiency) is mandatory.

Working Conditions

5 days working
with
2 rotational week-offs
Rotational Shifts
Cabs provided both ways
2,000 transport allowance
if cabs are not required
Attractive salary structure:

CTC: 35,000 per month
In-hand: approx. 30,000
Remaining 4,0005,000 includes standard deductions
