International Hotel Contracting/ Supply Manager

The Role

Own the end-to-end hotel partner lifecycle—targeting, outreach, negotiation, contracting, activation, and ongoing performance.

Location: On-site, Gurugram

Type: Full-time

Comp: ₹6–9 LPA (fixed) + performance bonus

Responsibilities

• Build and prioritize a city-wise target list using ratings, location, couple-friendliness, and pricing signals.
• Drive multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, calls) to secure meetings/proposals.
• Negotiate commissions, rate plans, allotments, blackout dates, payment terms, and value-adds.
• Close watertight contracts; maintain accurate records in CRM.
• Onboard & activate properties: content, rate loading, SOPs for couple-focused experiences.
• Track partner performance (availability, parity, conversion, cancellations, SLAs) and resolve issues with Sales & Ops.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years in hotel contracting / hospitality sales / B2B supply (exceptional fresher considered).
• Strong negotiation & relationship-building; comfortable with numbers and unit economics.
• Fluent in English & Hindi; crisp written outreach.
• Hands-on with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, spreadsheets, and any modern CRM.

Nice-to-Have

Experience with OTAs/DMCs/startups; working knowledge of rate parity, allotments, penalty clauses.
