Role & responsibilities

  • Resolve queries related to products, services, and processes.
  • Provide accurate information and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Document call details and update systems as required.
  • Meet quality, productivity, and performance targets.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in night shifts/rotational shifts.
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
