Roles and responsibilities

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chat support for international customers.
  • Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and ensure first-contact resolution.
  • Maintain professional communication and deliver exceptional customer experience.
  • Follow company processes and compliance standards.
  • Log all customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments.
  • Meet performance metrics such as SLA, quality, and customer satisfaction scores.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent English verbal communication skills.
  • Freshers/6 months of experience in an international voice process
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
