Roles and Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products/services to customers based on their needs and preferences.Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products/services to increase revenue growth.Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM softwareCollaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues that require escalation.Desired Candidate Profile
0-5 years of experience in an international BPO environment handling customer support operations.
Excellent communication skills in English language (spoken & written).Strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction with customers from diverse backgrounds.Convincing power to handle objections and negotiate deals when necessary.
