International Customer Service

Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our International Voice Process team. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, resolving customer queries, and ensuring excellent service delivery to clients across international markets (US/UK/Australia, etc.).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers in a professional manner.
• Understand customer queries/issues and provide appropriate solutions within defined timelines.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Meet process KPIs including First Call Resolution (FCR), Average Handling Time (AHT), and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).
• Escalate complex issues to the concerned department for timely resolution.
• Adhere to compliance, security, and quality standards during every interaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong listening and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work in rotational/night shifts.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office is an advantage.
• Prior experience in international voice process/BPO will be preferred, but freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
