Role Overview: As a part of Adeeba E-Services Pvt. Ltd., you will be joining as a Tech Support Executive for UK/US Shift in the Inbound Tech Support Process. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound calls related to printer, router, and antivirus issues from customers, diagnose the problems, and provide them with the best solutions. Additionally, you will be recommending technical support plans and relevant software to the customers. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound calls from customers with printer, router, and antivirus issues - Diagnose the problems effectively and recommend suitable solutions - Sell technical support plans and relevant software to customers - Close your own calls efficiently - Utilize your convincing and sales skills to enhance customer satisfaction - Work in either UK or US Shift for 6 days a week Qualifications Required: - Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Outbound Tech Support - Ability to close calls independently - Strong convincing and sales skills Company Information: Adeeba E-Services Pvt.
