Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our International Voice Process team. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, resolving customer queries, and ensuring excellent service delivery to clients across international markets (US/UK/Australia, etc.).

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers in a professional manner.
Understand customer queries/issues and provide appropriate solutions within defined timelines.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
Meet process KPIs including First Call Resolution (FCR), Average Handling Time (AHT), and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).
Escalate complex issues to the concerned department for timely resolution.
Adhere to compliance, security, and quality standards during every interaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Strong listening and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work in rotational/night shifts.
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office is an advantage.
Prior experience in international voice process/BPO will be preferred, but freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
