As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibility is to ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and efficient support through various channels. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and courteous manner.
Resolve customer issues promptly and accurately, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Provide detailed information about products and services.
Assist customers with order placement, billing inquiries, and technical support.
Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.

Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
