Job Description

Job Title: International Customer Support Representative We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team for the UK shift. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and support. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound customer calls professionally. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate telecom products and services. Upsell additional services and features to existing customers. Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Achieve individual and team sales targets. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Follow standard operating procedures and compliance guidelines. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred. Freshers can apply. Previous experience in a BPO or customer service role will have an advantage, preferably in the telecom industry. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales and upselling abilities. Ability to handle stressful situations and multitask effectively. Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
