Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India, for an International Coordinator. The International Coordinator will manage and oversee international relocation services, ensuring timely and efficient execution of client moves. Core responsibilities include coordinating with global agents, maintaining communication with clients, handling documentation, resolving service-related queries, and ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations and standards. This position requires working collaboratively across teams and partners to deliver seamless moving experiences for clients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in international logistics, client communication, and understanding of global relocation services.
• Strong documentation, organizational, and compliance management skills.
• Problem-solving and negotiation skills to effectively address client queries and coordinate with partners.
• Knowledge of customs processes and international shipping regulations is highly advantageous.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience in the moving, logistics, or transportation industry is a strong advantage.
