Position: International Call Support Executive
Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

About the Role:

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our International Call Support Team for the United Health Care process. As a Call Support Executive, you will handle inbound and outbound calls from international (US-based) customers, providing assistance regarding healthcare services, insurance benefits, claims, and policy-related queries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally for U.S. customers.
• Assist members with queries related to healthcare insurance, claims, benefits, billing, and policy details.
• Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions in the system.
• Deliver excellent customer experience by resolving issues efficiently and empathetically.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and data security standards.
• Meet performance metrics such as quality, accuracy, call handling time, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team leads and trainers for process updates and improvements.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (Undergraduates with relevant experience may also apply).
• Experience: 0–3 years in international voice process / customer service (Healthcare process experience preferred).
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (US accent adaptability is an advantage).
• Strong listening, problem-solving, and customer handling skills.
• Ability to work in night shifts (US shifts) and rotational offs.
• Basic computer proficiency and typing speed (25–30 WPM).
