International Call Support Location: Infopark, Kochi Shift: Night Shift (Rotational) Cab Facility: Pick and Drop Available Experience: 1-3 Years in US Voice support/ Recent graduates with excellent com skills. Salary: ₹19,000/- to ₹35,000/ - per month(Based on previous exp and package) Work Mode: Work from Office (On-site) Job Description: Respond to customer inquiries and provide voice support via call in a timely and professional manner. Troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers, working towards prompt resolutions, and escalate complex issues to relevant teams when necessary. Research, diagnose, document, and resolve technical issues related to software and hardware. Guide customers through step-by-step solutions clearly and patiently to ensure complete understanding and satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints, including actions taken.
