Job Description

You will be responsible for: - Engaging and building rapport with UK-based estate agents through outbound calls. - Conducting detailed online research to collect and verify property-related information. - Organizing, managing, and updating property data in a structured and accessible format. - Developing and maintaining long-term professional relationships with real estate agents, landlords, and developers. - Sourcing property data from multiple online platforms and validating its accuracy. - Identifying and connecting with direct landlords, establishing strong, trust-based relationships. - Negotiating and closing deals for properties, including purchasing or securing them on rent. - Collaborating with developers and maintaining ongoing partnerships to support business growth. Your qualifications should include: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development. - Ability to build and sustain professional relationships over the phone. - Strong research and data management abilities. - Prior experience in BPO, international calling, real estate, or sales will be an added advantage. - Target-driven mindset with the ability to handle international clients confidently. - Prior experience in international processes (UK, US, Canada, etc.) will be considered an advantage. - Comfortable working in a target-driven environment. - Prior experience in BPO, lead generation, real estate sales, UK/US outbound calling, or inside sales. The compensation offered for this position is a CTC up to 7,20,000/- per annum + incentive, depending on experience and skills. The location of the job is at Passport office, Near Mithakali, Mithakhali, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad. The timings for the job are from 11:30 am to 8:30 pm. There are 5 openings available for this position.
