Source property data from multiple online platforms and validate its accuracy. Identify and connect with direct landlords, establishing strong, trust-based relationships. Negotiate and close deals for properties, including purchasing or securing them on rent. Collaborate with developers and maintain ongoing partnerships to support business growth. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development Ability to build and sustain professional relationships over the phone.
