International Business Development Manager Cosmetics Third-Party Mfg

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and secure new B2B clients for third-party manufacturing services in international markets.
  
• Develop strategic relationships with global beauty brands, distributors, private labels, and retailers.
  
• Drive end-to-end sales processes including lead generation, presentations, contract negotiation, and closing deals.
  
• Conduct market analysis and identify growth opportunities in various regions (e.g., North America, Europe, Middle East, Asia-Pacific).
  
• Collaborate with R&D and production teams to align offerings with client needs and regulatory standards.
  
• Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and virtual conferences.
  
• Monitor sales pipeline, prepare forecasts, and report on business development KPIs.
  
• Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and support long-term account development.

Preferred candidate profile

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, International Trade, Cosmetics Science, or related field.
  
• 5+ years of experience in international business development, preferably in cosmetics, beauty, or personal care industries.
  
• In-depth knowledge of third-party manufacturing (OEM/ODM) models.
  
• Strong network within the global beauty industry and understanding of regional regulatory requirements.
  
• Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage large B2B accounts.
  
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with emerging beauty brands or digital-native vertical brands (DNVBs).
  
• Multilingual proficiency is a plus.
  
• Knowledge of cosmetic formulation or supply chain is advantageous.
