Job Summary

HOOQX is looking for an experienced and dynamic International Business Development Executive to expand our global client base and drive international sales growth. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in international markets, client acquisition, and relationship management, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in international markets
• Generate leads through outbound sales, networking, and market research
• Handle end-to-end international sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
• Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients and partners
• Conduct client meetings and presentations via calls, emails, and virtual platforms
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts as per client requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Stay updated with global market trends and competitor activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in International Business Development or International Sales
• Proven experience working with international markets (US, UK, Europe, Middle East, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills
• Experience in B2B sales and service-based industry preferred
• Ability to work independently and meet aggressive targets
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and online sales platforms

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
