International BPO (Inbound Tech Support)

As a Technical Support Executive at Adeeba E-Services Pvt. Ltd., you will primarily be responsible for: - Taking inbound calls from customers facing technical issues with printers, routers, and antivirus software. - Diagnosing technical problems and suggesting suitable support plans and software solutions to customers. The ideal candidate for this role should have: - 1-2 years of experience in inbound/outbound technical support within an international BPO environment. - Ability to independently handle calls and possess excellent communication skills. - Strong troubleshooting background in dealing with technical issues related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, email systems, Mac, iPhone, and iPad. - Willingness to work night shifts and adept at resolving customer concerns effectively. In addition to the above, the company offers a negotiable remuneration package based on experience and previous/current CTC, along with attractive incentives. Immediate joining is preferred, and various perks such as fixed monthly salary deposits, leaves, incentives, no extension of shift timings, and a welcoming work atmosphere are provided. Interested candidates should have a 10+2 qualification and at least 6 months to 1 year of outbound tech support experience, coupled with strong sales and persuasive abilities. The salary range for this position is Rs.15,000-22,000 per month (fixed) with significant incentives. The working shift aligns with the US time zone, spanning from 9:00 pm to 7:00 am for six days a week.
