International BPO (Inbound Tech Support)

As a Technical Support Executive at Adeeba E-Services Pvt. Ltd., your role will involve taking inbound calls from customers facing issues with printers, routers, and antivirus software. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing technical problems and suggesting suitable support plans along with software solutions. - 1-2 years of experience in inbound/outbound technical support in an international BPO setting is required. - Ability to independently handle calls, excellent communication skills, and proficient troubleshooting expertise related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, email systems, Mac, iPhone, and iPad are essential. - Comfortable working night shifts and adept at addressing customer concerns to provide accurate resolutions. The remuneration for this position is negotiable based on experience and the last/current drawn CTC, with attractive incentives as part of the compensation package. Immediate joining is preferred, and the company provides various perks and benefits, including fixed monthly salary deposits, leaves, incentives, no extension of shift timings, and a friendly work environment. Interested candidates should have a 10+2 qualification and outbound tech support experience of 6 months to 1 year, coupled with strong sales and convincing skills. The salary range is Rs.15,000-22,000 per month (fixed) with significant incentives. The working shift is in the US time zone from 9:00 pm to 7:00 am, six days a week.
