Job Description

You will be responsible for handling inbound technical calls from customers regarding computer software issues such as pop-up calls, error code messages, antivirus issues, as well as issues related to Mac laptops, iPads, iPhones (like Activation lock, iPhone disable, iTunes, etc.). Your main task will be to troubleshoot these issues and charge an amount to resolve them. Qualifications: - Fluent in English - Minimum 1 year of experience working in a tech profile in an international BPO - High school pass or any Graduate - Good communication skills and strong convincing power - Ability to effectively close calls - Basic computer knowledge - Willingness to work in any shift for 6 days a week - Immediate availability to join In addition to the above, the company offers a salary on the 1st of every month, an attractive incentive policy, no stretch work hours, and a minimum of 20% hike depending on the interview performance.
