Position Overview: MGA Medical Global Academy is looking for an enthusiastic, persuasive, and highly motivated Sales Executive – Admission Counselor to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our medical courses to both national and international students. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English and a passion for helping students achieve their educational goals. As an Admission Counselor, you will work closely with prospective students and their families, guiding them through the admissions process, answering inquiries, and ultimately persuading them to choose MGA Medical Global Academy as their preferred institution for medical studies. Key Responsibilities: Consultative Sales Approach: Understand the needs of prospective students, provide expert guidance on course offerings, and help them select the best programs suited to their career aspirations. Sales Conversion: Close admissions by effectively communicating the value of MGA Medical Global Academy’s programs, addressing concerns, and overcoming objections. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational consultants to ensure long-term satisfaction. Admission Support: Assist students in completing application forms, preparing necessary documents, and providing guidance throughout the admissions process. Market Research: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and prospective student needs to enhance the sales strategy. International Sales: Promote our international programs and connect with potential students from various countries, helping them understand the benefits of studying at MGA Medical Global Academy. Qualifications: Fluent in English (both written and spoken), with the ability to clearly explain complex course offerings and respond to inquiries. Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, customer service, or admissions counseling. Experience in the education sector is a plus. Excellent Communication & Persuasion Skills: Strong ability to build rapport and convince potential students of the value of our programs. Goal-Oriented: Target-driven with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales quotas. Relationship Management: Ability to work well with diverse individuals and maintain positive, long-term relationships. Knowledge of Medical Courses: Familiarity with medical education programs (or willingness to learn) to effectively communicate course details to prospective students. Problem-Solving Ability: Demonstrated ability to handle objections and provide solutions to challenges faced by prospective students. Multicultural Awareness: Experience working with international clients and understanding their unique needs and concerns.
