MGA Medical Global Academy is a leading provider of advanced medical education for healthcare professionals. We specialize in Fellowship and Postgraduate Diploma (PG Diploma) courses designed exclusively for doctors both nationally and internationally. Our mission is to elevate clinical expertise through globally recognized certification programs. Job Summary:We are seeking a high-performing Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. Your primary responsibility will be to sell our advanced medical education courses to licensed doctors around the globe. You will play a key role in expanding our client base, closing sales with authority, and maintaining strong professional relationships with medical professionals. Key Responsibilities:Proactively identify and engage with prospective doctors (national and international). Present and promote our Fellowship and PG Diploma programs effectively. Conduct consultative sales calls to understand doctors' needs and recommend suitable courses. Drive course enrollments through persuasive sales techniques and value-based conversations. Manage the complete sales cycle – from initial contact to closing the sale. Negotiate pricing, offers, and batch schedules to convert leads into enrollments. Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and follow-ups via CRM tools. Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales strategies. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets. Requirements:Proven track record in sales, preferably in medical education, pharma, healthcare, or B2B/B2C professional services. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus. Strong closing ability – must be a result-oriented sales closer. Comfortable speaking with senior medical professionals, including surgeons, specialists, and consultants. Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
