Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced International BPO Executive Customer Care Representative to join our team in Gurgaon, Delhi, and Noida. The ideal candidate will have 0-6 years of experience and excellent communication skills in English.

Roles and Responsibility

Handle international outbound calls and provide exceptional customer service.
Develop business relationships with clients and identify new opportunities.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and improve performance.
Provide product information and solutions to customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience in ITES/BPO/KPO/LPO/Customer Service is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good command over the English language.
