Job Description We are seeking self-driven and result-oriented individuals who have an inclination for data, like working with people and are keen to build a career in the resource management domain. We are looking for individuals who can work in a team and manage key reporting, administrative and compliance management activities. The suitable candidate will be responsible to review staffing requests through our prescribed demand intake systems, collate compliance management details, perform compliance checks, formulate data aggregation and publish staff allocation data to the business teams. You will coordinate and collaborate with multiple teams to gather details around learning compliance, client compliance, independence and business compliance requirements. You will also work with the quality & risk management and PwC member firm POCs to implement all relevant process controls. As a RM team Associate, you will also be responsible to manage key administrative and operational activities that are critical to ensure that our business professionals are able to execute their client deliverables in an effective manner. To ensure success as a Resource Management Associate, you will be trained on our staffing tools, RM process and guidelines to empower you with the necessary process knowledge. You will also be trained to use MS Excel spreadsheets, Alteryx automations, Power BI dashboards and our various compliance management platforms. Key Responsibilities Review staffing demand requests and generate reporting around relevant compliance checks. Perform client acceptance checks based on the firm’s quality & risk framework. Assign business/deployment POCs to work requests in the workflow tool. Ensure that all process and quality guidelines are met, and compliance checks are performed while identifying and assigning professionals to work requests. Maintaining data through multiple, complex MS Excel trackers, Alteryx workflow and Power BI systems. Key Skills And Experiences Graduate in any workstream, with good academic record. 0 – 2 years of post-qualification work experience in any domain/industry. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to adhere to defined processes and complete assigned tasks with quality.
