Internal Control Management

As an Internal Control Management professional, you will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and monitoring of internal control systems to ensure financial and operational integrity. Your role will involve conducting risk assessments, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, and utilizing SAP Process Control for control management and documentation. Additionally, you will be expected to prepare reports on control performance, risks, and corrective actions, support internal/external audits, and conduct training sessions to promote control awareness. Key responsibilities include leading internal control reviews, maintaining control documentation in SAP Process Control, analyzing control data to identify trends and propose strategic solutions, collaborating with IT, finance, and ops teams to embed control measures, overseeing the timely implementation of audit recommendations, staying updated on regulatory changes, and acting as the main point of contact for auditors. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's in Commerce or be a Semi-Qualified CA/CMA with experience in corporate risk/compliance management. Proficiency in SAP Process Control, strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. Familiarity with Indian regulatory standards and governance is also required.,
