Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and edit internal communication materials tailored to specific audiences and business goals.
  • Produce a range of content, including executive memos, policies, campaigns, announcements, newsletters, and global employee communications.
  • Plan, coordinate, and host internal events for both remote and on-site employees using virtual event and collaboration tools.
  • Create presentation and creative collateral to support events and announcements.
  • Provide administrative and organizational support to the department.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure materials are clear, accurate, and brand-compliant.
  • Advise management on communication strategies that enhance the impact of events and materials.
  • Conduct brand adherence checks and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Create concise news briefs for executives and decision-makers.
