About the role:
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and nutrition-savvy Internal Communications Specialist to work closely with the Founder. This role is a unique blend of executive support and nutrition-related content collaboration. You will be responsible for streamlining communication, managing key projects, and ensuring the Founder’s voice is consistently represented across internal and external platforms.

Specifically, this role will involve:

• Drafting and managing emails, WhatsApp messages, and internal communication on behalf of the Founder
• Reviewing and structuring communication in the Founder’s voice and tone
• Handling confidential and sensitive communication with discretion
• Collaborating with content, product, and marketing teams to review wellness/nutrition-related content
• Researching credible sources to validate health and nutrition claims
• Managing the Founder’s calendar, travel, meetings, and scheduling
• Tracking key action items, follow-ups, and team commitments
• Preparing briefs, meeting notes, and background material
• Coordinating with clients, partners, vendors, and external stakeholders
• Supporting founder-led special projects in health communication, training, or product initiatives

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2–5 years of experience as an in a communication-driven role
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
• Basic understanding of wellness/nutrition concepts and the ability to translate them into content
• Ability to manage time, multitask, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and digital collaboration tools
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow through
• High emotional intelligence and a professional, empathetic demeanor
• A proactive attitude, comfort with ambiguity, and readiness to take ownership

Qualification :

• A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in PR and Communications , degree/certificate in nutritional sciences is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
