Compliance Testing Manager

Location: Pune Experience: 5 - 10 Years

Role Summary

Looking for a sharp eye to ensure we stay compliant! You'll lead *compliance testing*, spot gaps, and work with teams to keep processes regulator-ready.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct and manage compliance testing
Identify risks, report findings, and track fixes
Ensure adherence to RBI, IRDAI, SEBI norms
Liaise with business teams & support closure of gaps

Mandatory - RBI Reporting/Must have exp. in Product side/Retail Loans.
