Experience:

IT Skills

• Proficient in

  MS Excel

  and

  MS Word

• Working knowledge of

  SAP / ERP

  preferred

Industry Preference

• Candidates from

  Infrastructure / Manufacturing / FMCG

  industries
• Preference for experience in

  Power

  or

  Construction

  sectors

   accounting and finance functions in manufacturing units

5. Strong interpersonal skills and quick decision-making ability
6. Willingness to conduct and face site/plant audits as required

Other Requirements

• Candidates should preferably be from

  Amravati, Nagpur, or nearby locations

• Special preference will be given to candidates who are willing to relocate to the Plant Township with their family or in bachelor accommodation

• Experience in

  Internal Audit

  is highly preferable

Audit Activities

• Conduct

  concurrent and pre-payment audits

  of expense bills, including hiring and service supply, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, accounting standards, contract terms, and company procedures
• Independently handle internal audit assignments across departments such as

  Procurement, HR, Stores, Coal, Security, Ash Handling

  , etc.
• Perform

  special audits, investigations, and whistleblower complaint reviews

  as directed by management
• Conduct

  contract closure audits

  ,

  pre-audit of procurement proposals

  , and

  pre-audit of employee recruitment files

• Periodically verify and reconcile bulk materials such as

  ASH, coal, diesel, project materials, spares, and consumables

Process & Compliance

• Conduct

  process audits

  and ensure proper implementation of

  SOPs

• Identify internal control gaps and recommend improvements for operational efficiency
• Witness and validate various activities, processes, and procedures at the plant site

Execution & Reporting

• Execute and complete

  Financial, Operational, and Compliance

  audit assignments as per the annual audit plan
• Assist Team Leader/Seniors in executing various plant-level assignments
• Maintain MIS as required and prepare

  audit plans, checklists, and working papers

  for assigned processes
