Internal Auditor

Role & responsibilities:

1. Develop internal audit scope and audit plans.
2. Act as an objective source of independent validation of compliances and controls.
3. Prepare and present observations and propose corrective actions to Audit Committee.
4. Monitor Action Taken Reports to ensure the implantation of actions identified as part of the audit processes.
5. Test ICFR Controls to reduce the risks of material misstatement, and improve financial statement quality, including disclosures etc.
6. Knowledge of CARO-related compliances.
7. Develop new audit programs to ensure adequate financial controls.
8. Perform inquiries and testing as needed to identify and resolve vulnerabilities.
9. Drive Controls to make it more systemic than manual.
10. Leverage existing exception reports to drive corrective actions.
11. Identify loopholes and share risk aversion methods and cost savings.
12. Conduct follow-up audits.

1. CA/CA Inter
2. Overall Internal Audit & Risk Compliances
3. Support to Management for ongoing Audits/ assignments
4. Good knowledge of different functional areas .
5. Good Understanding of Business Processes.
6. Analytical Skills.
7. Communication Skills
8. Good exposure of MS Excel & PPT
9. Knowledge of SAP
