Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct

  internal audits

  of various departments, projects, and processes.
• Review

  financial records, reports, and documentation

  to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Identify

  process gaps, control weaknesses

• Assist in

  risk assessment and mitigation planning

• Prepare

  audit reports

  , highlight findings, and follow up on action plans.
• Verify compliance with

  company policies, accounting standards

• Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth audit operations.
  
• Support management in

  strengthening internal control systems

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Candidates from the

  Real Estate industry

  preferred.
• Strong knowledge of

  audit procedures, accounting principles

  internal controls

  .
• Proficient in

  MS Excel, Tally, ERP systems

  (SAP knowledge is an added advantage).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Semi-qualified CA/CMA
