Internal Audit Manager

The role involves being responsible for internal audit and investigations, governance, risk, control, and compliance, as well as contributing to quality assurance programs. For internal audit and investigations, you would be required to pre-plan and execute various types of audits, study and suggest improvements to SOPs, document processes, use digital tools for audits, assess accounting records, conduct investigations, review conformity to standards, and prepare clear and impactful audit reports. In governance, risk, control, and compliance, you would need to communicate governance issues, conduct process audits based on risk management, assess internal controls, enhance existing controls, review segregation of duties, and assist in compliance management. Additionally, you would be expected to contribute to quality assurance programs by nurturing continuous improvement through various programs and digitizing audit processes. The essential qualification for this role is being a Chartered Accountant, with 2-3 years of relevant work experience. Special skills required include interpersonal, analytical, communication (written and verbal), and conflict management skills. Knowledge of ERP and digital tools like SQL and Alteryx are preferred skills for this position.,
