Internal Audit Executive

You are being sought after for the role of Internal Audit Executive in Pune. As a Chartered Accountant (CA) or semi-qualified CA with 4-6 years of experience in internal audit, your main responsibility will be to manage end-to-end internal audits, ensure compliance with standards, and provide valuable insights to enhance client processes. This position will require you to have direct interaction with senior management and effectively communicate with clients. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage internal audits, evaluate risks, and suggest enhancements to internal controls and processes. - Ensure adherence to ICAIs Code of Ethics and company values. - Maintain audit documentation and working papers. - Cultivate strong client relationships and ensure efficient audit execution. - Report significant issues to the Reporting Partner or Senior Manager. - Supervise audits from planning to Audit Committee presentations. - Identify business opportunities with current and potential clients. - Be ready to work beyond regular hours during critical periods. Preferred Candidate Profile: - Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) or semi-qualified CA. - Experience: 4-6 years in internal audit. - Skills: Proficiency in audit software and MS Excel. - Strong communication, organizational, and analytical abilities. - Capability to handle multiple audits and meet deadlines. - Willingness to work extended hours when required.
