Assist in Determining internal audit scope and developing annual plans Obtaining, analyzing and evaluating accounting documentations, reports, data, flowcharts etc.
Identify and assess areas of significant business Process risks.
Implement best audit and business practices in line with applicable internal audit standards.
Prepare and present Audit reports in clear and concise manner that reflect audit's results and document process.
Document process and prepare audit findings Issue listings
Follow up of the Open Audit Issues on Monthly Basis and Obtain closure evidences of implementation and escalate to Management (if required).
Preparing various Audit MIS for management presentations on regular basis.

Internal Control over Financial Reporting:

Identify and Test the processes and tweak the design of existing financial controls.
Maintain and cultivate a master inventory of businesses policies, practices and processes.
Initiating improvements to the financial control and auditing process based on the past Internal Audit Reports.
Perform inquiries and testing of Financial Internal Controls twice in a year as needed to identify and resolve vulnerabilities.
Prepare and Submit the ICOFR testing results to Manager with evidences.

Reports to Management and Review of Policies and SOPS as required:

Keep track of all the requests, reports, Selft audit checklists received as per Management requirements.
Prepare the reports after collating the data from different departments and submit the report to Manager for circulation.
