Job Description

Key

Weekly Reporting & Analysis
Prepare and consolidate weekly utilization reports across all managers and staff.
Format and present reports in line with onshore stakeholder requirements.
Analyze utilization trends and variances, identifying root causes through direct engagement with team members.
Summarize findings and present actionable insights to managers.

Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with internal team members and managers to gather required data and inputs.
- Ensure timely submission of reports and updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Represent the team in internal meetings and discussions related to reporting and performance metrics.

Process Management
- Maintain and update reporting templates and trackers.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in reporting processes and data accuracy.
- Assist in the development of dashboards or automated reporting tools where applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
(pivot tables, formulas, charts, etc.) and
MS Office Suite
(Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in reporting, analytics, or coordination roles is preferred.

Experience working in a professional services or consulting environment.
Familiarity with utilization metrics and performance reporting.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
