Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment and selection, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Support the onboarding process by coordinating orientation and welcoming new hires
- Aid in managing employee records and updating HR databases
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement and team-building activities
- Support HR compliance efforts and ensure company policies are upheld
- Contribute to HR documentation and policy development
- Collaborate with the HR team to handle administrative tasks as needed
- Participate in projects related to employee development, retention, and other HR initiatives
