Core Responsibilities

• Support the CEO in

  managing calendars, meetings, and communications

• Prepare and maintain

  reports, documents, and presentation materials

• Organize and track daily tasks and follow-ups to ensure timely completion
• Assist in scheduling internal and external meetings
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
• Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and deliverables

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed

  BBA or equivalent degree

• Strong interest in executive coordination and business operations
• Prior internship or experience in administrative support is a plus

Availability

• Full-time internship (Monday to Friday)
• 40 hours/week
• 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST
