Role Overview

Product Experience Designer (UX/UI)

What We’re Looking for in an Ideal Candidate

  • Assist in designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Support the simplification of complex workflows into clear and engaging user experiences.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and visual design assets using modern design tools.
  • Participate in user research and usability testing to understand user needs and improve designs.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and senior designers to align design goals with business objectives.
  • Contribute to maintaining design consistency across projects by following design system guidelines.
  • Stay curious and passionate about learning new design trends, tools, and UX best practices.

Required Skills

  • Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles and user-centered design methodology.
  • Proficiency in tools such as

    Figma

    ,

    Adobe XD

    , or

    Sketch

    .
  • Good eye for layout, color, typography, and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Enthusiasm to learn and take feedback constructively.
