Intern Telecaller

As an intern Telecaller at Pune Property Network, your role will involve engaging in daily outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing customers. You will be responsible for understanding their property requirements, providing solutions, and assisting the sales team in creating leads. Additionally, you will maintain call records, follow up with clients, and build strong relationships to ensure an exceptional client experience. Key Responsibilities: - Engage in daily outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing customers. - Understand customer property requirements and provide suitable solutions. - Assist the sales team in creating leads and maintaining call records. - Follow up with clients to address inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction. - Build strong relationships with customers to enhance the client experience. Qualifications: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening and clear verbal communication. - Customer service and client engagement skills. - Basic organizational and data management abilities to maintain call records and customer updates. - Proficiency in languages: fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is an advantage. - Adaptable, self-motivated, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. - Previous experience in telecalling, real estate, or customer-facing roles is a plus. - Currently pursuing or completed education in any field; background in Business, Sales, or Marketing is beneficial.,
