Role Description This is an internship role for a Telecaller, based on-site at our Pune office. The Telecaller Intern will engage in daily outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing customers to understand their property requirements and provide solutions. Responsibilities include assisting the sales team in creating leads, maintaining call records, and following up with clients. The role also involves building strong relationships with customers, addressing inquiries, and ensuring an exceptional client experience. Qualifications Communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening and clear verbal communication. Customer service and client engagement skills.
