Job Description

Duration - 6 Months

Role & responsibilities:

Ensuring Timely Statutory Payments including TDS, PT, PF, GST Quarterly TDS filings, Advance tax workings review and payment. Monthly & Annual compliances, reconciliations and audit compliances related to GST.
Hands on experience in handling ROC, RBI, DGFT filings and compliances. To have the ability to connect the business situations at any point of time to various tax aspects and provide solutions.
Responsible for preparation of the annual tax filings. Responsible for coordination in Tax Assessments, Notice, responses, liaison with the inhouse team related to the same.
Understanding of the various work streams such as Accounts payables, AR, General ledger etc.
Understanding of the payroll & treasury process and review of related accounts.
Work closely with the payroll teams, providing support and guidance. Conduct regular meetings with relevant departments, including Tax, Accounting, HR and Legal.
Work with key stakeholders and Project teams to ensure Payroll Compliance is established for new countries/companies on boarded from day departments for process improvements.
Engaging with internal stakeholders to support on the new business requirements and developments/automation of process.
