In this internship opportunity at AISATS, you will play a vital role in supporting the Talent Acquisition team in their recruitment efforts. Your main responsibilities will include: - Assisting in sourcing candidates from various channels like job portals, social media, and referrals. - Screening resumes and coordinating interview schedules. - Collaborating with hiring managers and panel members for interview logistics. - Maintaining recruitment trackers and updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). - Supporting campus hiring events and walk-in drives. - Assisting in the preparation of recruitment reports and dashboards. - Contributing to employer branding activities such as social media posts and flyers. - Managing candidate communication and follow-ups effectively. As an Intern at AISATS, you are expected to be pursuing or have recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or a related field. Additionally, the following personal characteristics and behaviors are desirable: - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic data handling. - Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. - An interest in the aviation or ground handling industry is a plus.
