Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Intern RCO Associate in the field of Clinical Trial Specialists. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for learning and growth.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist in the preparation and review of clinical trial protocols, informed consent forms, and other study-related documents.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including data management, biostatistics, and medical writing, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of high-quality deliverables.
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of clinical trials, including design, methodology, and statistical analysis plans.
Collaborate with senior members of the team to develop and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and quality.
Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices.
Contribute to the development of new ideas, concepts, and approaches to improve the overall quality of clinical trials.

Job Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Life Sciences, such as biology, biochemistry, or pharmacy.
Strong knowledge of clinical trial principles, regulations, and standards (e.g., GCP).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and maintaining accuracy and consistency.
